- Have a depth of 10 metres and a maximum frontage of 20 metres
- Limited number of trade sites have access to power - must supply own RCD unit
- Set up Saturday any time after 7am (Events begin at 8:30am)
- Additional pre-paid admission tickets @ $7.00 each ($10.00 at Show Day Gate)
- Charge - $12 per metre frontage
- Minimum charge $70
- Payment required 4 weeks before show day

- Have a depth of 5 metres and a maximum frontage of 7.5 metres
- No sites have access to power
- Set up Saturday any time after 7am (Events begin at 8:15am)
- 1 free admission ticket $40 site
- Additional pre-paid admission tickets @ $7.00 each ($10.00 at Show Day Gate)
- Charge - $9 per metre frontage
- Minimum charge $45
- Payment required with application

For the sale of Food and⁄or Beverages to be consumed on premises
- Tender Documents available after 1 September 2010
- Available by Tender - Tenders closed 1 December 2010
- Have a depth of 5 metres and a 5 metre frontage, but can be varied to suit
- Successful tenderer will have provide their own source of power including RCD unit
- Set up Saturday any time between 7am and 8:30am
- 2 free admission tickets given
- Payment required one month before show day
